Whistleblowers speak to see;

The meekest voices do not speak.

Tortured voices show their pain,
Punished voices always see-
The meanest voices always know-
The boldest voices see no need.

The loudest voices are not most,
And softest voices say the least;
Strongest voices move the crowd-
Able voices brought their need.
