Hey this is my newest cartoon with Ratilian Productions. It’s a short one. Only about 3 minutes. It features the Shredder of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The cartoon shows him on the phone with a waitress, and the Shredder is livid; he makes threats and demands restitution for an order mishap—-as the restaurant had sent him the wrong order—-or it did before all hell broke loose of course upon his discovery of the fact at home in his New York apartment.
